Loyalty Points

1. Eligibility:

• The loyalty points program is open to all clients who book and pay for services at the salon.

• Points are earned on services, retail purchases, and specific promotional activities as outlined by the salon.

2. Earning Points:

• Clients earn 1 point for every £2 spent on services.

• Clients earn 2 points for every £1 spent on retail products.

• Bonus points may be awarded for specific actions, such as booking with a specific member of staff, leaving a review. 

• Additional bonus points may be offered during promotional periods, such as for a “Treatment of the Month” or other special events.

3. Redeeming Points:

• Points can be redeemed as follows:

• 100 Points: £5 off or a complimentary add-on (e.g., hand/foot massage).

• 250 Points: £15 off or a complimentary blow-dry.

• 500 Points: A premium treatment (e.g., facial, full-body massage, or cut and blow-dry).

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another client.

4. Expiry and Usage:

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

• Points can only be redeemed during bookings and must be mentioned at the time of payment.

5. Restrictions:

• Loyalty points cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

6. Program Updates:

• The salon reserves the right to modify the loyalty points program, including point values, redemption tiers, or expiry terms, at any time without prior notice.

7. Misuse:

• Any misuse of the loyalty points program may result in points being revoked and/or exclusion from the program.
