Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or amend your booking. You can do so online free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you fail to cancel or amend your booking within this timeframe, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding balance of your booking to your online payment method.
• Deposits and Gift Vouchers: Any deposit paid or gift vouchers redeemed will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
• Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balance must be cleared before any new booking can be accepted.
Lateness Policy
To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
• Arriving Late: If you arrive late, we may need to reduce your treatment time to avoid delays for other clients. In some cases, we may not be able to accommodate your booking, and this will be treated as a missed appointment under our cancellation policy.
• No Adjustments to Fees: Please note that arriving late does not entitle you to a reduced fee for the shortened service.
Deposit Policy
We now require a deposit to secure all bookings.
• The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and deducted from your final payment at the time of your appointment.
• Deposits and appointment prepayments are non-refundable, but if you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained on your account and can be transferred to a future booking.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend, your deposit or prepayment will be forfeited.
• Rolling Deposits: If you are booking another appointment before your existing booking is completed, your deposit may be rolled over to secure the new booking instead of deducting it from the current one. This avoids the need for paying multiple deposits.
• For appointments booked over the phone by email or via messenger, we may either take your deposit during the conversation or send you a payment link. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled without further notice.
Pricing
Our prices are subject to annual reviews and increases, and may also be reviewed periodically throughout the year. Prices listed on our website and booking system are for guidance only and may vary depending on the staff member providing the service and the specific treatment performed.
Please note: If you book an appointment prior to a price increase, the new pricing will still apply at the time of your appointment.
