Refund & Returns Policy
At Head to Toe, we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience possible. Please review our refund and returns policy below:
1. Services
- We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue with a complimentary adjustment or alternative solution.
- Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit or prepayment will be retained on your account and can be transferred to a future booking.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in the deposit or prepayment being forfeited.
2. Retail Products
- Products purchased in-salon may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- We regret that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.
- Faulty products will be replaced or refunded following an assessment by our team. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
