Recommend a Friend

1. Eligibility:

• The “Recommend a Friend” offer is available to existing clients who refer a new client to the salon.

• The new client must be visiting the salon for the first time.

2. Reward Conditions:

• The referrer will receive their reward only after the new client has completed their first appointment.

• Once the new client’s appointment is complete, the referrer will receive a text with a unique code to redeem their reward.

3. Restrictions:

• This offer is not valid on Saturdays.

• The referral reward cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

• The offer is not applicable to treatments or services provided by Helen personally. 

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Redemption:

• The referral code must be presented at the time of booking or payment to claim the reward.

• Referral rewards must be redeemed within 30 days of receiving the code.

5. New Client Offer:

• The discount or reward for the new client will be applied at their first appointment only.

6. Other Terms:

• The salon reserves the right to modify or cancel the “Recommend a Friend” program at any time without prior notice.

• Misuse of the referral program may result in disqualification.
